速報：米議会が対ICC条項を承認

次の文書は、米上院の委員会と連邦議会の間で開かれた会合の結果、「合衆国による国際刑事裁判所設立に関するあらゆる協力を禁止」する条項について合意に至ったことを報告するものです。

第624部 　 この法律によって歳出あるいは別途捻出された資金は、国際刑事裁判所もしくはその準備会合に対するいかなる協力、支援、あるいはその他の支持目的においても利用できないものとする。この小部は、ローマ条約に規定されないいかなる機構に対しても適用されるものではない。

The following reports that the conference committee of the U.S. Senate and
Congress agreed on a provision that would "prohibit any U.S. cooperation in
the establishment of the International Criminal Court."

Title VI
SEC. 624. None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available by this
Act shall be available for cooperation with, or assistance or other support to,
the International Criminal Court or the Preparatory Commission. This subsection
shall not be construed to apply to any other entity outside the Rome treaty.
