◆原文 　 [ICC] EU and German ASPA Communications

Following and attached are text of three letters transmitted to US Secretary of State Colin Powell and US Senator Daschle, majority leader of the US Senate. The first two letters are from Louis Michel of Belgium on behalf of the EU. The third is a letter from German Foreign Minister Jopschka Fischer. The CICC received these from sources in Washington, D.C. It is our understanding they were transmitted to officials in Washington, D.C. about a week ago.

CICC members should make efforts to inform our colleagues, members and staff of Congress, media and others of these communications.
