Israeli troops kill girl, 4

At least five Palestinians were killed, including a girl aged four,
when Israeli troops backed by dozens of armoured vehicles stormed
a refugee camp in the Gaza Strip this morning.

The raid came hours after an Israeli bulldozer killed
American citizen Rachel Corrie - the first international peace
protester killed in 29 months of violence - while demolishing
a building near the Gaza-Egypt border. The army said the driver
could not see Ms Corrie because the windows in the bulldozer
are so small.
