「イスラエルが南レバノン暫定ラインのイスラエル側で作業するとUNIFILを通じてレバノン側に通告したら、
それをレバノン側が現場の部隊に伝え忘れた」
「現場の部隊は暫定ラインの目印を見落として自領内で作業していると思い込み、
（イスラエル側で作業していた）イスラエル軍を攻撃したら報復を喰らった」
というのが真相のようですが？
すぐにレバノン側から停戦要請があったのもこれで納得。
既にレバノン側の説明も「UNIFILと共同で作業しててくれれば〜」と言い訳全開です。

まあ何が起きようがイスラエル側が悪い、他は悪くないと先に思い込んじゃ駄目って事ですな。
