Jerusalem, April 13:- 　　 Arabs trapped 3 buses of a Jewish convoy on the slopes of Mr.Scopus on route to Hadassah Hospital and in a 7-hour battle killed 34 physicians, nurses, patients and number of Hebrew University student, and wounded 20. Among the dead was Dr.Haim Yasski, director of the hospital and 　 head of the Hadassah Medical Organization in Palestine.
　 Police reports from other parts of Palestine listed 1 Jews and 10 Arabs killed and 9 Arabs and 1 British soldier wounded.

Jelsalem, April 13:- 　　 The Zionist General Council was reported to have nemed a 13-man "cabinet" to govern the Jewish State proclaimed by the Council yesterday.

Damascus, April 13:- 　　 A second Arab army began moving into Palestine from Syrian training camps. About 5,000 uniformed Syrian, Iraqi, Lebanese, Egyptian, Transjordan and Palestine troops moved out of their bases in small groups, leaving less than 1,000 trainees in the camps.
　 The new detachments, it was reported, will be commanded by a Syrian colonel and will operate South of Fauji al-Kawukji's Yarmouk Army, and between it and a third force expected to move into Southern Palestine from Egypt.
　 The three groups will be under the command of Ismail Safwat Pasha, who was reported to have advised the Arab League against widening the scope of present Arab military operations in Palestine. 　 He told the League that the Arabs did not have enough equipment or trained manpower at the moment to isolate Jerusalem, and said that Arab forces could not extend themselves as they wished without exhausting their arms and ammunition within six weeks. 　 アラブ人らは、ハダッサー病院へ向かう坂でユダヤ人輸送軍団の3台のバスを急襲し、7時間の戦いで、34人の医師、看護婦、患者とヘブライ大学の学生らを殺害し、20人を負傷させました。死者の中には、病院長のヤスキ博士とパレスチナのハダッサー医療機関長が含まれています。
　 警察によればパレスチナの他の地区でも、ユダヤ人1人、アラブ人10人が殺害され、アラブ人9人と英兵1人が負傷したと報告した。

　 シオン評議会は昨日、宣言されたユダヤの州を管理するために13人の「閣僚」を指名したと報告しました。

【ダマスカス、4月13日】
　 第二陣のアラブ師団が、シリアのトレーニング・キャンプからパレスチナに移動を開始しました。それぞれ各国の軍服で身を固めたシリア、イラク、レバノン、エジプト、ヨルダンとパレスチナ兵、約5,000人が、1,000人以下の訓練兵を残してベース・キャンプから移動しました。
　 報告によれば、派遣隊はシリアの連隊長が指揮し、ヤルモウク軍の南に展開するでしょう。第三陣はエジプトからパレスチナに入るものと思われます。
　 ３個師団は、パレスチナにある現在のアラブの軍事行動の範囲を広げないよう通達したとされるパスハ将軍（？）の管理下に置かれます。将軍は連盟に、アラブ人らは十分に軍備が装備されていなかったと伝え、エルサレムを孤立させるために訓練を実施しているところであり、アラブ軍は6週間で武器弾薬を使い果たないよう望んだように引き伸ばしはできないと述べた。
