“平和ボケ”のお部屋

Never forget, I will never forget Japan.
Living in Japan has been probably the best three years of my life.
No matter where I travel, I think
that part of me will be always, for me, Japanese. I really hope that students can remenber, in their life, that attitude is the most important part of being successful.
If you have positive attitude in life, you can do anything.
It's very important for us to remember that discrimination or racism is terrible thing.
When I was in Japan, Iam sorry to say that I did experience racism.
ButI can also say that 99.9% of Japanese people are good people I have ever met. And it is important for students to remember to welcome people from other cultures into Japan. They would be welcomed into another country. It is very important for us to remember that no matter what type of blood we have it'sall red. My skin might be darker than yours,and,maybe African or Asian or SouthAmerican, but when you look inside of me, I still have a heart that beats with blood and that blood is the same color as your blood.

・・・・さて、一応日訳してみたよ。

（忘れない、私は日本を決して忘れないだろう。日本での生活は恐らく私の生涯の中で最高の３年間だっただろう。私がどこに旅に出ようとも、私は私の１部分は常に日本人だ。人生で大切なのは姿勢だという事を私は本当に覚えておいてほしいと思うんだ。もし積極的な姿勢でいれたら何でもできるはずだよ。私たちにとって区別することや人種差別はアホらしいという事を覚えておくことはとても大切なんだよ。私が日本にいたとき、残念ながら人種差別を受けた。でも、私が今までに会った９９．９％の日本人は良い人達だったよ。そして違う文化から日本の文化へやってきた人に対して歓迎する事の大切さを知っていてほしいよ。彼らは違う国に歓迎されるだろう。どんな血液型でもどれも血は赤いという事を覚えておく事はとても大事だよ。私たちの血はみんな赤いんだ。私の肌がキミたちより黒かったりしても、アフリカ人、アジア人や南米人より黒くても、私の中には血で脈打つ心臓があって、その血はキミたちのと同じなんだ。）
