日本は何故、反省しないのか？

仕事で何回か行って、夜は当然ながら飲んでいたのですが、
街の雰囲気も、あまり大人の街のイメージがないんですよね。

学生都市か文化都市か名称はよくわからないけど、
そういうのを推進していて非常に健全な街づくりをすすめている、
って話を地元の人から聞いたことがあります。
